Position Roles & Responsibilities
- You are local (Boston area) and are able to come to work in our office
- You have worked under tight deadlines
- Communicate frequently with clients via phone, email and conference calls to assess the services they need while documenting interactions
- Create instruction materials for the team to perform functions required for each client account
- Work with internal global partners to create, manage, and track tasks to best suit the client's needs
- Participate in performance improvement measures when action is required
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Required preferably in Computer Science or Business
- 1-3 years of work/internship experience in technology, business, marketing or client relations
- Excellent communication/customer service skills, energetic and eager to learn
- Computer proficient; ability to learn new systems with ease
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills via phone, email and text
